Here are a couple of tips to follow to aid in making sure your order arrives in great condition, expecially under severe weather conditions

Be sure to make arrangements for the package to be accepted. We can not be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier and/or its inability to deliver the package due to a customers absence. Each customer will receive an email notification from the carrier when the order is shipped.
* Please DO NOT USE PO BOXES for shipping addresses. This may seriously delay the delivery of the order.
* It is best that a valid email address be provided when completing checkout. This way, you will receive notification when the order is shipped out. This information will include the tracking number, which you can use to check the status of your delivery.
Please allow 10-14 business days for your order to arrive.
To ensure that your receive the freshest product possible, all orders are shipped using USPS Priority mail or UPS Ground service, but other shipping options are available upon request. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must be phoned in.
We do not ship internationally or to Military APO's.

******SHIPPING PROCEDURE******
1) 3 to 5 day processing period once order is placed. Within this period, your order is verified and then scheduled for manufacturing.
2) 4-7 day manufacturing period. This is when all scheduled orders are actually made or filled. At the completion of this stage, the orders are packaged for shipment.
3) 2-3 day delivery period. Once the order is completed and packaged, it will then be shipped via USPS 2-day Priority mail or standard ground service, depending on the destination.
The entire process can take up to 10-14 business days to complete.
